Charlotte | 2 year photo session (with me, mom)

A few weeks ago I had started thinking about what I wanted to do for Charlotte's 2nd year pictures.. I came up with several ideas and narrowed down my options.. We decided to have a tea party in a garden and just let her play. I'm not really a fan of the typical staged photo and Charlotte is really not one to sit still for more then 1/2 a second. I really wanted to capture her playful side. She truly is a wonderful little girl.. I tend to get a bit "stressed" you could say because I might have the perfect shoot of her and then her hair is flipped the wrong way or in her face and her skirt is turned funny.. And since I'm behind the camera that leaves Blake to do the "fixing" of whatever it is :-) God love him.. He looked like a pack rat toting all my stuff through the garden. I should have taken a picture of that!!! Ha next time I will remember to do that. Thanks so much for carrying everything and kiling all the mosquitos attacking me while shooting! Anyhow, I can't believe Charlotte is really 2!! That is 730 bedtime kisses and approximately 300 bedtime stories (more like 600 since she always picks 2 books) and 2 years worth full of wonderful memories!! We so blessed and excited to see what the next year has in store for us.. I will post picture from her party soon!!

Welcome baby Callen Berkley

Happy Birthday Callen Berkley! Today I spent the morning with the Berkley/Savoie family as we all welcomed baby Callen into this world. He is SUPER cute and looks so much like his mom. I just can't wait for his newborn session! Congratulation Lyza and Nathan on a job well done. He truly is perfect in every way.

A beautiful Wedding...

This posting is several weeks late!! But, better late then never right? I was so excited when Annie asked if I could come take pictures of her very special day.
