A beautiful spring evening on the farm.....

Today was such a wonderful day. We spent the day at home playing in the water and coloring with the chalk..After our afternoon nap we headed out to a really fun place!! We went to the Lucky Ladd's Farm. This is typically a fall hot spot for hay rides and pumpkin picking however, in the spring they are open on the weekends for visitors to see all the new baby animals!! We thought this would be right up Charlotte's alley :-) Here are a few pictures of our adventure..Thanks for checking out my pictures. Next weekend is the last spring weekend that they are open. Meet 8 day old baby Alexis

You may remember meeting Miss Alexis last week only a few hours old! This was such a perfect photo session!! HA!!! Actually it went really well considering Charlotte was there as my "assistant" and wanted to sit on my lap and play. Thanks so much to Alexis's mom for allowing me to come and take precious photos. I have loved every minute of taking pictures. Each time I get my camera out and take pictures I learn something new! It sometimes is something as simple as remember to charge your battery before a session but it truly has been such a fantastic journey that I'm so happy I took a chance on!! We LOVE love LoVE the park!!!

Today I headed out for a very unique photo session. More details about that later... I decided that Blake and Charlotte would enjoy the location of this session so they both hit the road with me.. We headed back up to Bicenntenial Mall State Park. Here are a few pictures of Charlotte just being Charlotte.. Only a few hours old..... Miss Alexis

A very dear friend gave birth to her 2nd little girl and what a treat it was to meet her!! We are so blessed to have such wonderful, loving and selfless friends. It is such a blessing to be a part of their live and it truly was a privilege to be a part of this very special day. Check back in the next few weeks for little Miss Alexis's newborn pictures!

Meet Jazz :-)

So, before Charlotte entered our life Jazz was my baby. As many of you know once you have a baby your dog becomes somewhat neglected. We got Jazz December 1997. He was only 9 weeks old and soooo cute and furry. He had the biggest paws at such an early age..Jazz has really been the PERFECT dog. I can remember he has sooooooooo much energy he would run laps around our pool table at our house in Florida..We use to go for late night bike rides through our neighborhood and let him get out some serious energy and just take off!! ( this was the safest time of day to do this not to mention I was only 19!) Jazz has been on many road trips and is such a trooper. I thought I would share some of his beauty with those of you who haven't meet him. Jazz will be 13 in September and is Charlotte's best friend. Thanks for checking out my "first baby".

It was a beautiful day for an Easter celebration
